If your payment is deducted but not reflected on your credit card, the amount will be automatically refunded within 2-4 business days.
To report any issues, please follow these steps -
- Go to your Profile > tap the Settings icon, then navigate to the Support section.
- Under Credit card bill payments, tap on Report a bill payment issue.
- Select the relevant transaction and submit your report.
Alternatively, tap the Pay Bill button to open the Bharat Connect screen. Tap on Complaints to report your issue.
