In Case of Mutual Funds
While we update the NAV of funds held by you daily, you have to manually refresh your portfolio which you can do every month. Fold Plus users can refresh their portfolio 5 times in a month (our subscription plan), to upgrade please follow the instructions in the app or drop an email to upgrade@fold.money.
To refresh your portfolio, navigate to the investment tab (the third tab from the right). Look for the refresh status bar with two dots, which will indicate when your next refresh is available. If a refresh is available, select 'Refresh Mutual Funds Portfolio' to update your holdings.
In Case of Stocks, ETFs and NPS
Settlement date:
We receive the data when your trade or transaction is settled, which typically occurs on T+1 (the day after the trade). After the settlement, you should be able to see the data in your next data refresh.
Consent for ETFs and NPS:
For ETFs and NPS, we require another consent, as under the Account Aggregator framework, NPS, stocks and ETFs are considered as separate account types requiring different consents.
To link please tap on your display picture to navigate to your Profile > select Investment > tap on Stocks & ETF/ NPS > Tap on + and try discovering and linking your ETF or NPS.
Investment not supported:
Support for tracking PPF/EPF, ULIPs, InvITs, REITs, Bonds/Debentures, Virtual Assets and US-based stocks will be added in the future.
Investments visible post-sale:
If you have multiple Demat accounts and have sold all your investments, your sold investments might still appear in the app due to data refresh failures. In such a case, disconnect your investment account and then link it again.
Tap on your display picture to navigate to your Profile > select Investment > tap on Stocks & ETF > choose Disconnect this account. Once done, return to your Profile, navigate to Investment, and tap the plus icon to reconnect your account.
