We fetch the data from the EPFO member passbook portal. Fold won't be able to fetch the data if the portal is down.
Some known issues -
- If you recently changed the EPFO passbook password, you need to wait for 2-3 days. It will keep showing password incorrect until then. You can always verify this here.
- During the EPF linking process, you may have to wait for 10-15 mins. Do not close the app or keep it in the background.
