With your bank data updated daily, you also have access to 5 additional ad-hoc refreshes each month, while Fold Plus users have 15 additional ad-hoc refreshes. This enables you to access your bank transactions and balances whenever you need them.
To upgrade to Fold Plus please follow the instructions in the app or drop an email to upgrade@fold.money.
To initiate an ad-hoc refresh, follow these steps:
- Tap the status bar at the bottom of the screen, marked by two dots.
- Click on the Refresh Now button to proceed.
- Before continuing, make sure to check the boxes shown and then click on Refresh Bank Accounts.
Your ad-hoc refresh will begin, and Fold will notify you once the refresh is complete.
