With your bank data updated daily, you also have access to 15 additional ad-hoc refreshes each month, bringing your total to 45 refreshes. This enables you to access your bank transactions and balances whenever you need them.
To initiate an ad-hoc refresh, follow these steps:
- Tap the status bar at the bottom of the screen, marked by two dots.
- Click on the Refresh Now button to proceed.
- Before continuing, make sure to check the boxes shown and then click on Refresh Bank Accounts.
Your ad-hoc refresh will begin, and Fold will notify you once the refresh is complete.
