There are two primary reasons you might be unable to view your past transactions on Fold -
- Transactions from the Current Cycle: Fold tracks your transactions from the credit cycle in which you added your card to Fold. We do not fetch transactions from previous credit cycles. This feature may be added in the future.
- Email Permissions: Please verify if you have given enough Gmail permissions for Fold to track your transactions. If you have not done this during onboarding, you can do it by going over to Profile → Credit Cards → Tap on Sign in to Google and give necessary permissions.
