We rely on emails sent by your bank to onboard and sync your credit card. These emails must include -
Your card number in transaction emails
Monthly statement emails
If either is missing, we can’t support the card at the moment.
As of now, these cards don’t provide the required details -
Federal Bank – transaction emails don’t include card number
PNB Bank – same issue as Federal
We would love to support these cards. But we need those banks to start including the required information. You can contact your card issuer’s support team and request them to share the required details.
