Fold fetches and shows all transactions for which you receive transaction emails. However, for incoming and credit transactions (such as EMI, interest, hidden fees, etc.), issuers typically don’t send emails. These transactions are only available in your statement PDF.
We’re working on bringing these missing transactions into Fold through our Statement Reconciliation feature. You can find it under:
Settings > Beta Playground > "Retrieve credit card transactions and rewards from your statement"
Enable this option, and Fold will attempt to fetch your rewards and EMI/interest-related transactions from your statements.
In any case, you can view all your statement PDFs by going to your credit card details screen and tapping the clock icon at the top right.
Note: For some cards like OneCard and Amex, statement reconciliation is not supported, as they do not share statement PDFs on email.
