Currently, we only support linking your Gmail account to provide access to your credit card statement and transaction-related emails. In case you have Outlook as your primary account, setting up auto-forwarding of emails from Outlook to Gmail would help us tackle the issue of having your credit card-related emails on multiple accounts. Here is how you can set it up:
Forwarding from Outlook to Gmail:
- At the top of the page, select Settings.
- Select Mail > Rules.
- Select Add new rule.
- Enter a name for your rule.
- Select From as the bank's sender email (e.g., ICICI bank sends emails from credit_cards@icicibank.com)
- Select To as your gmail address, make sure you have a secondary Gmail account—this is the account where we want all our emails to pool in, something that you can give access to Fold.
- Add an action: choose Redirect to, and then enter your gmail email address again, this is where your messages will be redirected.
- Add a condition: choose Apply to all messages.
- When you're done, select Save.
Once completed, you're all set!
