We currently support Gmail for credit card tracking. If you use a different email provider, here’s what you can do -
Step 1: Create a new Gmail ID to be used with Fold. You will need to use this Gmail ID during the credit card onboarding process on Fold.
Step 2: Log into your Hotmail account and set up auto-forwarding of all emails or emails sent by your credit card issuer to the new Gmail ID created in Step 1.
Step 3: Add your credit card on Fold and link it to the Gmail ID created in Step 1.
Step 4: Try making a credit card transaction. If you don't see the transaction in Fold, check if the transaction email has reached the Gmail ID. If not, revisit Step 2.
